The culinary team at Diamond Beach Club aims to couple familiarity with uniqueness to serve the tastes of world travellers, and locals alike. The menu reflects this concept with familiar foods of Western and Thai cuisine such as Beef Carpaccio, Caesar Salad, Tom Yum Goong, and Phad Thai, whilst providing exclusive offerings such as Chiang Mai sausage dish.
The food emphasis is on “beach bites” – a large selection of no fuss dishes designed for easy beach style eating. Our Executive Chef, Bruno Nicollini, has been awarded one star Michelin for his Belgium restaurant “Senzanome”.
